Accepted payment options at this time include cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due at or prior to your appointment. We do not offer payment plans but will allow clients to prepay on their account in preparation for a pre-planned procedure.
All appointments require a deposit at time of booking. Deposits can be transferred or refunded if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled 72hrs in advance.
At Vita Veterinary Care we understand that your pet is an important part of your family. We also recognize that ones financial status does not dictate how much an owner cares about their pet. Knowing this we will always recommend the very best in care for your pet, but will never place judgement on anyone’s financial ability or inability to provide gold standard care. We will always do our best to provide the highest standard of care within our clients means.
